PVI/PVP共聚物：加工助剂
定义：
添加聚乙烯咪唑-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮共聚物（PVI/PVP），以降低铜、铁和重金属含量。
目标：
a）防止因金属含量过高（例如铁壳）而引起的缺陷。
b）减少由于以下原因导致的不良、高浓度金属：
必须被金属阳离子污染
酿酒设备在葡萄汁或葡萄酒处理过程中的金属阳离子污染
用硫酸铜处理葡萄酒后铜的富集。
处方：
a）使用量应小于500mg/l。
b）当葡萄汁和葡萄酒用PVI/PVP聚合物处理时，累积剂量应小于500毫克/升。
c）考虑到预防原则，添加后不超过2天应将共聚物除去，并在装瓶前过滤与葡萄酒分离
d）所使用的吸附剂共聚物应符合国际酿酒法典的规定，特别是单体限值。
e）该程序的实施应由酿酒师或专业技术人员负责。
